CRITERIA FOR CANDIDATES

• Preferably in business for at least 5 years and evident that it is successful enough
  to provide for the familyís needs.
  
  Is in good standing with whoever licenses the business and is not under any court,
  tax or police filing.
  
  The size of the business is one that would not be considered large. A SME or
  small to medium enterprise. A business from which an inspiring story might be
  told or better if it has some historical antecedents in the history of Singapore.
  
  The entrepreneur is forward looking and may be continuously expanding
  the business.
  
  Only a limited number of candidates in each sector of business.
  
  Government investment programs not a principal shareholder.
  
  Has not been honored by any similar group.
  
  Will accept the award and will be present for the awards ceremony if chosen.
